Vacuum Differential Locking Unit &/or Locking Carrier

The Mercedes axle frictionless bush (P/N 1083500048) has been made out of solid high tensile case hardened steel without end caps so there is no failure, unlike the standard unit.

Jaguar 1997 onwards first of the V8's xj8 xk8 STEEL WASHERS
These jaguar design diff's have plastic side gear washers that break apart, the lip on the washer snaps off and then the bore of the washer wears out and then the washer falls apart. We manufacture steel ones on our CNC lathe, we make them thicker so it takes out the back lash of the planetary gears.

We machine the whole carrier out of two block's of billit steel in our NC lathe and finish it off in our 4th axis NC machining center, every carrier is procision made.
